10/10! I never thought in my whole life I’d give a car dealership 5 starts but this one definitely earned it. From the moment I walked in the door to after the sale these guys took amazing care of me. They are the only dealership I can say is honest and played no games! Scott the owner is such a wonderful person and went above and beyond to make sure I was well cared for even when I brought my car back after purchase. Murphy was my salesmen and showed me everything I asked for even the inspection which most dealers won’t do. No hidden fees, no bs! This the only place I will be buying a car from now on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This is Bill Allen and I am 77 years old, which means I've purchased a lot of cars over the years. In all those years I have never had it made so simple as it just was today at 101 Auto Outlet. I went to two other auto dealers before I was referred to 101 Auto Outlet and the experience was completely different. If you have a preconceived notion of what used car sales people are like, you can throw it out the window at 101 Auto Outlet. They make you feel like family there, if you buy a car, they will make it so easy, if you don't, they will let you know how glad they are that you dropped by and gave them a look. When I picked out the car I wanted and started working on buying it, I thought of at least 3 or 4 obstacles, of my own making, that I thought would be a problem. Each time I brought one up, I was immediately told, we can work around that. In less than 24 hours all the problems were eliminated and I am now in my new to me vehicle. I worked with both Darrell and Scott, two of the nicest people you could ever meet! But as I walked around the dealership, everyone I would run into was extremely friendly and welcoming! They have totally spoiled me! Next time I go to buy a vehicle, I'm going to go to their website and keep searching until the vehicle I want shows up. Then I will go there to buy it! That is the most painless time I have ever had buying a vehicle in my entire life! If you are looking for a used vehicle, I would highly recommend that you try 101 Auto Outlet first! They took wonderful care of the car, on carfax I could see they maintenance and serviced it before putting it for sale and that’s the honest/ reputable thing to do!
