I do not participate in BS. I am straightforward, honest, and I never hide my agenda. From beginning to end, Morgan and Scott were the exact same way. This was by far the best used car buying experience I’ve ever had. I looked at so many used cars from private parties, and they were all pretty much scammers. Either the car looked nothing like the pictures or it was leaking or the engine knocked (always listen to the engine…it will talk to you). Buying from private party, and even dealers, is a big gamble. When buying from Scott and Morgan at 101, I know I bought a legit car which nothing held back. I will be a returning customer when my younger daughter is 16 as well.

Do yourself a favor and skip online shopping, private parties and other dealers.

Had an awesome experience. Darrell took care of me and the old guy can still sell some cars. Then I moved forward with Bob who made it painless to go through the paperwork. Then when my new truck had a couple issues (stuff happens its a used car), they made sure I was taken care of and felt I was appreciated. I would definitely go here again!

Buying a car from 101 Auto outlet turned out to be one of the best experiences my wife and I have had. We all know buying a used vehicle can be risky sometimes. The first jeep we bought turned out having problems and my wife and I weren’t comfortable keeping it. We let Bob know about the problems with the vehicle, he offered to give us our money back or gave us the choice of picking a different Jeep. We chose to get a different vehicle. He let us take it for the weekend to make sure everything was working. They were a couple things that needed to be fixed and Bob made sure they were addressed. I know there’s a stigma with used car salesmen and it’s definitely not the case with 101 auto outlet. They truly care about their customers and want to make sure they are satisfied. I can’t recommend 101 Auto Outlet enough if you’re in the market for a used vehicle. They will make sure your taken care of. Ask for Darrel he’s great and will get you a good deal a make sure your buying experience is easy and painless. He was very helpful and gave me plenty of space and time. No pressure at all. I received an excellent offer for my trade-in and we made a deal. I worked with Mr Powell to close on the paper work. Everything was explained clearly and the deal was finished very quickly. I am very happy with my purchase and I will highly recommend them to my family and friends.
